Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Camelback Rd & 43rd Avenue (Phoenix, AZ)
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Urgent Need - Bilingual Preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is essential for keeping daily warehouse operations accurate, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have stable work history, strong attention to detail, and experience using warehouse systems such as SAP log orders and CR handheld scanners. Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently

• Use SAP to log, track, and verify orders

• Scan products using CR scanners for inventory control

• Load and unload trucks as needed

• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies

• Label, organize, and stage materials in the warehouse

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work closely with the warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily goals

Requirements

• Previous shipping/receiving experience required

• Must be familiar with SAP order entry/logging

• Experience using CR handheld scanners

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

• Strong reliability and a stable work history in past roles

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Spanish bilingual is a plus but not mandatory

• Must be able to work a 6AM–3PM first-shift schedule
