Accounting Team Lead - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively searching on behalf of our client, a growing logistics company, for an Accounting Team Lead to join the team.

The Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for various duties, including ensuring the correct and timely processing of financial data, monitoring administrative accuracy, and driving process improvements within the finance department.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Team Lead:

• Leading and coaching the accounting team in their daily financial activities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings while monitoring internal controls and financial procedures

• Prepare, analyze, and explain financial reports for management and the board

• Act as the key point of contact for external accountants, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders

• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
   

Experience required:

• Master's/bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 7+ years' experience within Accounting or similar

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Familiarity with different ERP systems
