Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operational methods.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to introduce new products and support product improvements.
- Implement engineering change requests and process enhancements.
- Analyze manufacturing and test data to drive continuous improvement.
- Estimate manufacturing costs and establish process standards.
- Perform root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Support PFMEA activities and new product development initiatives.
- Improve product quality, efficiency, and manufacturability using DFx principles.
- Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience supporting assembly, manufacturing, or test operations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
