About the Role
A well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes and secondary dwellings is currently experiencing growth across the NSW. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team, based out of their Newcastle Display Suite & Office.
You will be backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, your responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $90k + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure & car.

- Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build or extend onto their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a secondary dwelling including CDC & DA processes
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;
- A strong track record in new home sales ideally secondary dwellings, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
