🚀 Technical Lead – Integration & Azure (Global Program)

We’re currently supporting a global transformation initiative and looking for a Technical Lead to take ownership of the integration layer across a complex ecosystem of platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to delivery—not just designing solutions, but making sure they actually get built, implemented, and work in production.
🔧 The role
You’ll play a critical part in connecting systems across a new Contract Management platform, Azure services, and internal applications.
Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Shape and design integration solutions (APIs, data flows, system interactions)
• Translate architecture into practical, buildable designs
• Work closely with developers to guide implementation
• Troubleshoot issues and keep delivery moving
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose
• Collaborate across distributed global teams

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Technical Lead or senior integration-focused engineer
• Strong skills in:
  • API design and system integration
  • Azure or cloud-based integration services
  • Event-driven or messaging-based architectures
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms
• Someone who enjoys bridging the gap between architecture and hands-on delivery
