Civil Formworker

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accurate set-out, quality workmanship, and delivering solid results on infrastructure projects. You’ll be working on a variety of civil sites including roading, drainage, and concrete works, supporting the successful delivery of key infrastructure across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting out and installing formwork for concrete structures
• Assisting with foundations, footpaths, kerbing, and structural concrete works
• Reading plans and working to set levels and measurements
• Supporting concrete pours and finishing works
• Working alongside machine operators and civil crews
• Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship on site

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in civil formwork or concrete works
• Ability to read and interpret plans and levels
• Good understanding of construction site practices
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
• ConstructSafe or Site Safe preferred
