Practice Development Manager

Monroe Consulting Group's Healthcare Division is partnering with a global leader in digital healthcare technology to identify a Practice Development Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, expanding customer adoption, and supporting practice development initiatives across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, orthodontists, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Deliver product presentations, customer training, and practice development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial strategies and marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Manage distributors and ensure effective territory execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with excellent analytical and territory management capabilities.
• Experience within dental, orthodontic, or medical device industries will be an advantage.
