S2M is partnering with a fast-growing Australian clean-energy business and they're looking for an experienced Customer Sales Consultant to join its growing Sydney team. You'll manage inbound enquiries, build customer relationships and convert qualified leads into sign-ups for an innovative solar and battery solution.
  
What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into trial sign-ups.
  • Build customer trust, understand needs and overcome objections.
  • Manage high-volume sales activity, follow-ups and pipeline conversion.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and conversion KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of phone-based, inside or consultative sales experience.
  • Working in a Start-Up or Early-Stage environment is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong lead qualification, objection handling and closing skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
  • Energy, solar, telco, insurance or finance experience highly regarded; Mandarin a bonus.
