Production Assistant - Printing

Shifts Available:
1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
3rd shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM

The Production Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting production team members, preparing materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and helping ensure products meet quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production and finishing activities as directed.
• Prepare, move, and organize materials and finished products.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the production operation.

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous manufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not required.
