Responsibilities and Duties
As a Senior Administrator, you will:
- Support the day-to-day administration of directorship, liquidation, and related corporate structures.
- Assist with client communications, case management, and ongoing administration activities.
- Prepare resolutions, agreements, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and financial reporting schedules.
- Support the preparation and collation of tax and regulatory reporting information.
- Coordinate banking matters and liaise with third-party service providers.
- Maintain statutory records, filing systems, and corporate documentation.
- Support billing processes, fee collection activities, and relationships with legal and tax advisors.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Relevant experience in accounting, audit, fund administration, corporate services, restructuring, insolvency, or a related financial services role.
- Progress towards a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CGI, CPI, or an equivalent designation.
- A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Exposure to financial reporting, statutory administration, or corporate governance processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
