The Opportunity
Join a busy ICT team responsible for delivering a large-scale device replacement program across Queensland. This 2-month contract offers the opportunity to work hands-on with enterprise technology, supporting end users through hardware refreshes, operating system deployments, and Microsoft 365 migrations. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition to new devices while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering device replacement and desktop support services across a large enterprise environment by:

  • Deploying and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Performing operating system deployments, device imaging, and software installations.
  • Providing Level 1/2 desktop support for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Supporting ICT hardware deployments across Queensland, including occasional travel.
  • Working within ITIL processes to deliver high-quality support and customer service.

About You
We're looking for someone with strong desktop support experience who enjoys working directly with users and solving technical problems.

  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows desktop environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, device deployment, and operating system imaging.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN networking fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an IT support environment.
  • Able to work full-time onsite in Brisbane CBD, Monday to Friday.
  • Comfortable with manual handling (up to 15kg) and occasional interstate travel. A current Australian driver's licence is highly regarded.
