We are partnering with a growing developer/builder with a strong pipeline of work across North Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team and support project delivery across commercial and residential developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to intermediate CA to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and contributing to projects from early planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Support subcontractor procurement and letting processes
- Assist with contract administration, variations, and claims
- Track project costs and support reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Experience in a Contract Administrator or project support role within construction
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of construction contracts and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Motivated to learn and grow within a project delivery environment
