DRD Group is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator / Recruitment Administrator to join our Applecross team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the recruitment and mobilisation process and enjoys the challenge of keeping multiple moving parts on track.
Working closely with candidates, clients, and our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for ensuring workers are fully compliant, site-ready, and mobilised efficiently to projects across Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of candidates, ensuring all personnel are job / site-ready and mobilised on time.
- Take full ownership of the mobilisation process, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact start dates.
- Manage medicals, inductions, training, licences, police clearances and compliance documentation to meet client and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, CRM and compliance systems.
- Track mobilisation progress and site-specific requirements, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Liaise professionally with candidates, clients, training providers and internal team to deliver an exceptional mobilisation experience.
- Support job advertising, candidate screening and recruitment administration activities.
- Produce recruitment reports, mobilisation trackers and compliance records with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support to contractors throughout their assignments, acting as a trusted point of contact.

- Ensure all mobilisation activities are completed correctly the first time, minimising delays, compliance risks and client disruptions.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Someone who treats every mobilisation as if it were their own business, ensuring candidates are mobilised correctly, compliantly, and on time.
- Strong attention to detail with a "right first time" mindset.
- Ability to remain calm, organised and positive under pressure.
- A positive, energetic, and solutions-focused person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment, mobilisation or workforce coordination experience, ideally within the mining, resources or labour hire sector.
