Job Title: Senior Accountant

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliation, and journal entry preparation
• Strong understanding of accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance standards
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., Floqas, and bank reconciliation software)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder responsiveness
• Familiarity with fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and month-end close processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with tax payments and T&E process reviews
• Background in financial audits and ad-hoc reporting projects
• Knowledge of expense reimbursement and credit card policies
• Prior experience working remotely in a high-growth company

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally including exposure to month-end close responsibilities
• Prior remote work experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• This is a temporary, full-time remote role supporting a leave coverage
• Must be comfortable working across any time zone to ensure timely task completion
• Ability to efficiently learn new systems and internal processes during onboarding
• Attention to detail in financial data review and reconciliation processes
• Ability to escalate issues promptly and suggest process improvements
