Interim Home Manager | Northampton | £300–£350 Interim Home Manager – Northampton | £300–£350 per day New Way Recruitment is seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Home Manager to provide confident leadership within a residential care setting in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven senior care professional who can quickly establish trust, provide stability and drive high standards of care, compliance and team performance. The Role Take full operational leadership of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care. Provide visible, compassionate leadership to residents, relatives and colleagues. Maintain strong regulatory and quality standards, with a clear focus on continuous improvement. Lead, support and develop the management and care teams, promoting accountability and professional excellence. Monitor safeguarding, risk management, care planning, medication and incident processes. Ensure the service is appropriately staffed, well organised and responsive to residents’ changing needs. Build positive relationships with families, professionals and key stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement practical, sustainable action plans. Lead confidently through periods of change, challenge or service development. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Home Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or equivalent senior care leader. Strong knowledge of CQC expectations, safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance. A confident and compassionate leadership style. Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills. The resilience and adaptability required to make an immediate impact in an interim capacity. A genuine commitment to enhancing the lives, dignity and wellbeing of the people receiving care.
