About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-end commercial fit-out projects for an established but confidential client. This role is hands-on and site-based, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard of finish.
You will be the key site leader coordinating trades, managing day-to-day site operations, and ensuring the integrity of design intent is maintained through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities across commercial fitout projects.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, program adherence, and site safety compliance.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and finishes schedules.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship consistent with premium commercial fitouts.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve site issues and delays.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings, and enforce WHS requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Designers, and Clients throughout project delivery.
- Ensure materials and finishes are installed in accordance with design intent.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and defect tracking.
- Promote a clean, organised, and professional site environment at all times.
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial fitouts (high-end / premium preferred)
- Strong understanding of interior construction methodologies and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction documentation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with trade teams
- Strong focus on quality, detail, and delivery under tight timeframes
- Solid knowledge of WHS regulations and site compliance requirements
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant trade background or construction qualification preferred
