On behalf of our client in Galway, we are seeking a senior food production operative to join their team. This role is suitable for candidates with a proven track record with food manufacturing experience and understanding of food safety.

- Production planning & scheduling
- Manufacture of products to recipe and specifications
- Staff rota scheduling
- Compliant Production Process control
- Yield management projections and delivery
- Stock Ordering & Management of ingredients & packaging
- Quality Record Completion and Compliance
