About the role:

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email and in person) including follow ups
- Build strong client relationships to develop optimal solutions
- Partnering with external sales engineers to provide the best customer service
- Drive sales and develop new business opportunities
- Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications
- Play a key role in selling renowned brands across various industries
- Previous internal sales experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing/engineering, building materials fields. Exposure to plastics is a plus but not mandatory
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment & process would be ideal but not mandatory
- Strong desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus
