Oakleigh & Collingwood | 3 Days Per Week | Temporary Assignment

Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator who enjoys being the welcoming face of an organisation? We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive professional to join a Not-For-Profit on a temporary assignment supporting their Oakleigh Clinic and Collingwood Head Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organisation that makes a real difference in the community, while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Assignment Details
  • 17 August – 17 September: Oakleigh Clinic (3 days per week)
  • 28 September – 21 October: Collingwood Head Office (3 days per week)
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Welcome clients and visitors
  • Open and close the office
  • Coordinate courier bookings and incoming mail
  • Process client payments and complete daily reconciliations
  • Book appointments and provide general administrative support
  • Maintain reception and shared office areas
  • Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day administration
  • Support the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks as required
About You To be successful, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a Reception, Front Office or Administration position
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
  • Experience processing payments or handling reconciliations will be highly regarded
