Machine Operators

Entry Level Machine Operators needed to assist in the Bindery Department. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a production and manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

• 12-hour shifts
• 2 paid 10-minute breaks
• 30-minute paid lunch break
• Starting pay is $16/hour plus overtime opportunities

Essential Functions:

• Assist with saddle binding operations
• Staple stitch books, catalogs, and magazines
• Load machine pockets with printed materials
• Palletize finished products
• Push materials on rolled conveyor systems as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow production instructions and quality standards

Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to read job bags and accurately use a ruler
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and good work ethic preferred
