Project Manager

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-value capital project from front-end studies through to construction, commissioning and handover, working alongside a highly experienced project delivery team on a long-term program of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of project outcomes across scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors
• Drive project activities from study phases through execution and close-out
• Oversee project planning, risk management and change management processes
• Ensure project controls, budgeting and forecasting activities are effectively managed
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across operational, engineering and management groups
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project governance standards
• Facilitate operational readiness and successful asset handover

About You To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing capital projects within minerals processing, chemical processing, heavy industrial or refinery environments
• Strong brownfields project delivery experience
• Experience managing projects through study, design, construction and commissioning phases
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
• Sound understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling and risk management
• Ability to engage effectively with operational stakeholders, contractors and suppliers
• Mechanical Engineering or Project Management degree qualification
• PMP or equivalent project management certification will be highly regarded
• Ideally 10+ years' experience delivering major industrial projects
