Commercial Insurance Account Executive

There is flexibility for this role to be worked 4 days out of the company's offices in Charleville, Kinsale, Macroom, Cork City, Fermoy or Mitchelstown with 1 day required to be worked from the Dungarvan office.

The Role

• Build, develop and manage your own portfolio of commercial clients.
• Drive new business growth while managing renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions and provide exceptional client service.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your client portfolio.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive cover and terms.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage premium collections and maintain accurate client records.

About You

• CIP (Insurance Institute of Ireland) qualified (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance
• 2+ years' experience in a Commercial Account Executive or similar broker role.
• Proven ability to win new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Full clean drivers licence as some client visits will be part of the role.
