The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage aviation stores, inventory and warehouse operations
- Control aircraft parts, tooling, consumables and materials
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety requirements and company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory systems, documentation and traceability records
- Manage receiving, dispatch, stock levels and purchasing requirements
- Oversee aviation documentation including certificates, supplier records and airworthiness paperwork
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock takes
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, logistics and procurement teams
- Support supplier management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor local stores personnel
You will ideally have:
- 3-5+ years' experience in aviation stores, inventory management, logistics or supply chain
- Strong understanding of aircraft parts control and aviation compliance requirements
- Experience working with inventory management systems
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and adapt within an international environment
