Reporting to the Underground Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for installing cablebolts and ground support while maintaining the highest standards of safety and productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation of cablebolts and underground ground support
- Operating underground cablebolt equipment
- Supporting underground development and mining activities
- Working closely with Jumbo Operators and technical teams
- Maintaining safety, environmental and operational standards
- Completing operational documentation and inspections
You'll ideally possess:
- 3+ years' experience as a Cablebolt, Jumbo or Long Hole Operator
- Underground hard rock, metalliferous or tunnelling experience
- Strong knowledge of ground support installation
- Current Manual Driver Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Positive attitude and strong safety focus
