We pride ourselves on upholding lasting relationships with not only our wide variety of clients but also our highly evolving and progressive staff Our firm is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed full time employee to fulfill the duties associated with Administration and Reception.  The Job  Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office   Annual Company review preparation & monitoring   Preparation of Banking and processing credit card payments  Answering of incoming phone calls   Distribution of outgoing mail   Processing & delivery of documents  ATO Lodgments & ASIC/BGL Lodgments   Hospitality & Housekeeping  Other adhoc administrative tasks as required  About You  Be reliable and well presented  Self starting energetic individual who can use their initiative  Can work autonomously as well as part of a team to get the job done  Quick learner  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  Experience using cloud based accounting systems such as Xero and FYI Docs will also be highly regarded  Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred
