Retail Project Manager | National QSR Expansion Program
We are partnering with a well known national food retail brand undergoing significant growth and investment across its store network. With an exciting pipeline of new store openings, drive thru developments and refurbishment projects planned nationally, this is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to handover.
You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of retail construction projects across Australia.

With an exciting pipeline of new store openings, drive thru developments and refurbishment projects planned nationally, this is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to handover.
You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of retail construction projects across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing new store builds, refurbishments and drive thru developments
- Overseeing projects from feasibility and design through to construction and store opening
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, landlords and franchise partners
- Managing project budgets, timelines and contractor performance
- Navigating approvals, buildability assessments and project risks
- Supporting franchisees throughout the development and construction process
- Conducting site visits and overseeing project delivery nationally
- Managing defects, handovers and warranty periods
- Previous experience delivering retail construction projects within a QSR environment
- Strong exposure to new store openings, refurbishments and drive thru developments
- Experience working with franchise networks and multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of construction, fit out and development processes
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A hands on approach with the ability to operate autonomously
- Experience with multi site food retail businesses will be highly regarded.
