The Foundation's key program is The Haven Project, where it works with the property and construction industry to build homes for homeless youth.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the VIC State Manager, this is a key role responsible for delivering Victoria's fundraising events, stakeholder engagement initiatives and community programs.
You will create and execute a diverse calendar of events, build meaningful relationships with sponsors, donors and volunteers and work closely with industry leaders to drive fundraising outcomes. From high-profile networking events and fundraising campaigns through to working bees and engagement programs, you will play a central role in connecting the property industry with a purpose that matters.
This is a highly relationship-focused and hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys bringing people together, managing multiple projects and creating memorable experiences that generate both impact and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Victoria's annual calendar of fundraising and networking events
- Secure event sponsorships and manage sponsor relationships and deliverables
- Manage events from concept through to successful delivery, including budgets, suppliers and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with donors, industry partners, volunteers and committee members
- Lead engagement initiatives that strengthen supporter participation and retention
- Coordinate working bees and community projects in partnership with supporters and charity partners
- Support and manage the Future Leaders Committee and other volunteer committees
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to maximise engagement and event outcomes
- Monitor budgets, fundraising performance and stakeholder engagement metrics
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and values-driven organisational culture
You are an experienced events, partnerships or stakeholder engagement professional who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities for people to engage with a meaningful cause.
You will bring:
- Experience managing events, sponsorships, fundraising programs or stakeholder engagement activities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with sponsors, donors, volunteers, committees or external stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets and fundraising targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail
- Experience within a not-for-profit, membership, events or purpose-led environment will be highly regarded
