Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of tender submissions and marketing materials.
- Work with leadership, project teams and consultants to gather and manage submission content.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of capability statements and marketing collateral.
- Maintain CRM databases, project information, key contacts and opportunity pipelines.
- Track upcoming opportunities, submission deadlines and business development activities.
- Ensure all submissions are professionally presented and delivered on time.
- Previous experience in a submissions, bids, marketing or business development coordination role.
- Experience within architecture, design, engineering, construction or a professional services environment is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
