An established and growing Victorian builder is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to join its expanding project delivery team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Letting and managing subcontract packages
- Preparing scopes of works and contract documentation
- Assessing variations and progress claims
- Cost tracking, forecasting and budget management
- Managing procurement schedules and supplier coordination
- Supporting project delivery teams to ensure projects remain on time and within budget
- Building and maintaining strong subcontractor and stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with project reporting and financial administration
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator within construction
- Exposure to commercial, industrial or residential building projects
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
