We're partnering with a fast-growing global wellness brand that's scaling rapidly across AU US UK and beyond. They're now looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their Sydney CBD team on a full-time permanent basis and own the delivery of their global digital roadmap.
This is a delivery-focused role sitting at the centre of ecommerce martech and digital - perfect for someone who thrives on pace and keeping complex workstreams moving across multiple regions and time zones.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage the digital roadmap translating priorities into clear project plans and timelines
- Coordinate digital delivery builds integrations and system updates across markets
- Sequence site changes and front and back end releases globally
- Manage timelines dependencies and day to day project delivery in Asana
- Act as the key point of contact across internal teams leadership agencies and external partners
- Identify risks and blockers early and manage trade offs to protect delivery
- Continuously improve delivery processes templates and workflows
- Track progress and report on delivery across regions
Successful applicants will have:
- Strong digital or ecommerce project management experience in environments involving significant ecommerce and martech releases
- SCRUM Agile and Sprint planning experience is essential
- The ability to understand and adapt to the iterative pace of ongoing digital delivery beyond the linear build schedules typical of agency work
- Experience with tools such as Asana Google Workspace Slack Klaviyo or Shopify
- Highly structured and delivery focused with strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Bonus points for experience with resource management and project or task management across creative studios and design teams
