Key Responsibilities include maintaining reliable and responsive communication through various channels, managing end-to-end order processing with attention to detail, troubleshooting customer and distributor concerns, and supporting fulfillment and administrative tasks. Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years customer service experience, including payment processing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
  • Comfortable using a PC and standard office equipment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting payments and finance programs
  • Familiarity with agricultural industry products or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience

Other Requirements:

  • Availability to attend the annual convention
  • Ability to provide onsite customer support during events

Salary: $18/hr
