What You’ll Do:- Conduct scripted phone interviews with a calm, courteous demeanor
- Accurately record responses and ensure data quality
- Maintain reliable attendance and meet weekly hour requirements
- Provide an unbiased, neutral experience for survey participants
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, clear phone voice
- Ability to follow scripts and remain professional and neutral
- Comfortable working on a computer in a structured office environment
- Dependable with reliable attendance, willing to work evenings and weekends
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Experience handling challenging or frustrated respondents with professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, health surveys, or call center roles is a plus
- Must be available to work onsite in Topeka, KS, at least 15 hours weekly, including one weekend shift
- Willingness to attend interviews and training sessions scheduled for late June
- Reliable attendance, with a focus on consistency
