About the Role
Working closely with the site leadership team and HSE Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture, supporting daily operations, conducting inspections, participating in incident investigations, and ensuring scheduled HSE activities are delivered to a high standard by the construction contractors. Note that this is a Junior HSE Advisor position so we are seeking candidates in the early stages of their career who are looking to gain more site exposure, and develop their practical HSE knowledge on site.

About the Role

To Be Successful You'll Have:
- Minimum CERT IV in OH&S or Tertiary qualification in OH&S
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Junior HSE Advisor on FIFO civil infrastructure or construction projects.
- Experience working on major civil infrastructure projects for Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil/construction contractors.
- Professional communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Great organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online safety systems.
- Currently residing in Perth with existing rights to work in Australia
