Drill & Haul Truck Operator

Proudly partnered with Glencore, CoreStaff Singleton are seeking Experienced Haul Truck Operator with CAT MD6250 & MD6290 Drill skills for an ongoing Contract located at a Hunter Valley Mine site in the Singleton LGA.
  
Successful Candidates will:

• Have a minimum 24 months experience operating CAT Drills
• Have a minimum of 24 months experience operating Electric or Mechanical Rigid Haul Trucks
• Be willing to operate Haul Trucks when required
• Be able to provide signed proof of competencies of both CAT Drill and Haul Truck skills.
• Have the ability to pass an Order 45 Medical
• Be able to provide contact details of 2 recent work-related references (this will need to be an OCE, Supervisor or equivalent)
• Hold a current Drivers Licence and be able to competently operate a manual vehicle

Please note:

• This role requires flexibility. Depending on operational requirements, successful applicants may spend a greater proportion of their roster operating haul trucks than drills. Applicants must be willing and competent to perform both duties.
• This is a residential position only
• You must reside within 80kms or 1 hour from site.
• No FIFO/Camp available.
