We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Baler Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for collecting, sorting, compressing, and preparing foam scrap materials for recycling and disposal. The Baler Operator will operate baling equipment, move materials throughout the facility, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
