The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of complex medium- to large-scale construction projects from preconstruction and design through development, execution, and closeout.
This role requires strong oversight of contract requirements and full accountability for project performance, ensuring efficient execution across schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives. The Senior Project Manager will also carry out responsibilities typically assigned to Project Administrators and Assistant Project Managers, where applicable.
This is an in-office position based in Sandy Springs, GA, with regular travel to job sites required. Projects may be located within the metro Atlanta area or in other states, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel as needed.
In addition, the Senior Project Manager may be asked to mentor and support junior team members, contributing to internal development and knowledge sharing across the team.
