Location: Preference for Miami-Dade or Broward County; open to tri-county area only

Schedule: Standard Office Hours (EST)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $26-31/hour

Position Overview

This role is responsible for providing project management and design support for electrical distribution facilities. The position requires applying engineering principles and technical expertise to a variety of assignments related to both new construction and maintenance activities within distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess work orders and complete complex designs to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Coordinate planning, organization, and execution of engineering projects with operating and engineering teams.
• Prepare resource estimates, including labor hours, materials, and work scope requirements.
• Evaluate distribution system capabilities to support new electrical loads while minimizing future system impacts.
• Develop cost-effective designs that balance operational needs and customer expectations.
• Collaborate across departments to establish project requirements and cost estimates.
• Prepare project communications, facilitate meetings, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
