Role Overview
Type: Operations/EA-style support; mix of admin and project implementation
Responsibilities:
Email and calendar management
Attending meetings, taking minutes, setting agendas, tracking action items
Supporting policies and procedures implementation
Assisting with mailing labels, systems, databases, and ad hoc tasks
Helping ensure staff submit reports and follow procedures
Some personal/admin support for leadership (e.g., bookings, medication)
Skills/Experience:
Comfortable stepping into processes and systems
Professional, proactive, easy-going with a sense of humour
Not heavily client-facing
Open to candidates from different backgrounds
System skills: in-house CRM or database
Work Environment
Location/Flexible Work: Mainly in-office, some WFH possible

Compensation
Salary Range: $65k–$100k+ super (depending on experience and scope of role)
