Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations using fruit ingredients and gum systems for various applications.
- Lead trials, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure product stability and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and production, to bring innovative concepts to market.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements.
About You:
- Experience in fruit processing, gum systems, or hydrocolloids within the food industry.
- Strong formulation, problem-solving, and hands-on development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
