About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders and AI workflow specialists, you will translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and governed AI architectures that enable intelligent automation while maintaining strong oversight and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for agentic AI initiatives based on business and workflow requirements.
- Architect integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, data platforms, and human approval processes.
- Establish enterprise-wide standards, reusable patterns, and architectural frameworks for AI delivery.
- Ensure solutions are designed with security-first principles, including identity management, least-privilege access, and secure prompt handling.
- Align AI solutions with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, risk controls, and industry standards.
- Provide architectural leadership, technical oversight, and quality assurance for AI development teams.
- Evaluate technology platforms and contribute to strategic build-versus-buy decisions.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong background delivering AI, machine learning, automation, or integration-focused solutions in enterprise environments.
- Expertise designing integrations using APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines across multiple systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as:
- Azure AI
- Azure OpenAI
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Agent orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of security architecture, identity management, access controls, and data protection.
- Experience establishing architectural standards, best practices, and reference frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar architecture certification.
- Exposure to Responsible AI and AI Governance frameworks such as ISO 42001 or NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Experience within regulated, operationally critical, or infrastructure-intensive industries.
- Opportunity to help shape a major enterprise AI transformation program.
- Work on cutting-edge AI agent and intelligent automation initiatives.

- Initial 6-month contract with potential extension.
