Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join WARRRL (Containers for Change) on a 3-month full-time contract, with an immediate start in Subiaco.

Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia, given the potential for the role to be extended or become permanent.

This is a hands-on and varied role for a marketing professional who is comfortable working across integrated campaigns, media and sponsorship activity, media releases and communications, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day marketing delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution, evaluation and wrap-up.
• Coordinate media sponsorship activity, including timelines, deliverables, activations, competitions, promotional staff and partner requirements.
• Support the development and delivery of sponsorship content and activations in collaboration with internal teams, agencies, media partners and other external stakeholders.
• Assist with the development, coordination and distribution of media releases, campaign communications and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate briefs, workflows, approvals, milestones and deliverables to ensure activity progresses smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate monthly media and sponsorship financial processing, including invoices, purchase orders and associated documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, campaign and post-campaign reporting.
• Provide copywriting, proofreading and editing support across marketing and communications activity.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, sponsorships, communications or agency environment, ideally in a coordination-focused role.
• Has proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting.
• Has experience working across media partnerships and/or sponsorships, including coordinating deliverables, activations and partner requirements.
• Has experience supporting or coordinating media releases, communications and marketing content.
• Is confident engaging with and managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners and suppliers.
