SAP HCM Consultant

PRA is partnering with a large enterprise organisation undergoing a major ERP modernisation programme and is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Business Consultant to join their team.
This role will see you act as the key link between business and technology teams, providing expert SAP HCM functional expertise while driving system improvements, stakeholder engagement, and service excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP HCM functional expertise across Payroll and Organisational Management.
• Support configuration, testing and payroll activities.
• Lead workshops and gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical system enhancements.
• Develop and improve support operating models.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across the HCM solution landscape. 

About You

• Extensive SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Payroll and HR business processes.
• Experience within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Ability to work across both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience within complex enterprise environments is highly regarded.
