Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in our production process by operating various types of machinery in accordance with company standards to ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate assigned machinery following provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to maintain optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
