- Ability to read, scale and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Experience working with submittals, IOMs and RFIs
- Knowledge of mechanical codes and inspections
- Experience leading and coordinating field crews
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Strong communication skills when dealing with GCs, field teams and management
