The Work Itself
You'll take carriage of complex public liability, product liability, and property damage claims from start to finish. That means drafting legal advice, briefing counsel, attending mediations and hearings, and delivering commercially sound strategy to clients who expect it. The client base spans insurers, brokers, underwriters, and corporate insureds, so the matters are varied and the stakes are real. You'll also play a role in developing junior lawyers within the team.
