You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of approximately 5
- Driving sales and achieving store KPIs and targets
- Creating an exceptional customer experience
- Managing rostering, payroll, stock and store operations
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and brand standards
- Coaching your team to deliver outstanding service
- Managing stock flow, replenishment and inventory
- Taking ownership of the store and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- $36–$38 per hour + KiwiSaver ($74,880–$79,040 per annum based on 40 hours)
- Tuesday–Saturday roster
