Job Summary
The Production Worker supports daily operations in a fast-paced mailing facility by preparing and processing mail. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a steady pace in a production environment.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package mail for processing and shipment
- Operate basic mailing and production equipment (training provided)
- Inspect mail pieces for quality, accuracy, and damage
- Load and unload mail trays, tubs, and pallets
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all safety rules and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic reading skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior production or warehouse experience preferred, not required
Work Environment
- Indoor production facility
- Moderate noise level
- Repetitive, hands-on work
