Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of the coordination and flow of service, maintenance and installation work.

This is a hands-on coordination role where you will work closely with technicians, customers, suppliers, scheduling and management to ensure jobs are properly planned, completed efficiently and progressed through to their next stage.

You will be instrumental in maximising technician productivity, maintaining strong customer communication and ensuring jobs move through the business without unnecessary delays.

Key responsibilities will include

• Reviewing completed service and maintenance jobs for quality, completeness and accuracy
• Ensuring all information required for quoting and follow-up work is captured
• Preparing and issuing follow-up quotes where required
• Liaising with customers regarding job outcomes, approvals and next steps
• Maintaining proactive communication with customers regarding planned maintenance and follow-up works
• Working closely with the Scheduler to plan maintenance runs and balance technician workloads
• Providing day-to-day support and direction to technicians
• Ensuring technicians understand expectations around job quality, efficiency and information capture
• Ensuring service vehicles are appropriately stocked and ready for work
• Overseeing inventory and spare parts availability to support first-time-fix outcomes
• Developing and refining service, repair and installation "prebuilds" to support consistent job execution and accurate quoting
• Identifying opportunities to improve job flow, systems and operational efficiency
• Working with suppliers to check pricing, discounts and purchasing requirements
• Supporting strategic purchasing and supplier account management
• Addressing performance issues and reinforcing operational standards where required

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy service function.

• Experience in service coordination, operations coordination, field service, scheduling or a similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with technicians, customers, suppliers and management
• A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate information
• The ability to prioritise competing demands and keep jobs moving
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with quotes, supplier pricing and purchasing
• The ability to support and hold technicians accountable to agreed standards
• A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in developing better systems and processes
• Strong computer and systems skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience within a technical service, maintenance, installation, trades or field-service environment will be highly regarded.
