What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and support inquiries.
- Manage customer requests from initiation through resolution.
- Process and maintain customer requests via phone and email.
- Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, and service cases within SAP CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Manage and escalate customer concerns while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Utilize established procedures to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
- Deliver professional and positive communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to operational procedures, business requirements, and financial policies.
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain, customer support, order management, or related environments.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Experience using SAP, SAP CRM, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, order fulfillment, or service operations.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Master's degree is a plus.
