Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Analyst

Perigon Group is partnering with a rapidly growing, internationally backed organisation to appoint a Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Analyst.

With an established presence across Australia and international markets, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and investment. Supported by a sophisticated institutional shareholder base, the organisation has ambitious expansion plans and an increasingly complex financial and commercial landscape.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of corporate finance activities, from investor reporting and shareholder engagement through to capital management, funding arrangements and potential acquisitions.

The position will suit an analytically strong, commercially minded professional who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and is looking to build their career within a growing corporate environment.

The Role
Working closely with the CFO and broader finance team, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial analysis, presentations and reporting for institutional investors and shareholders.
• Supporting investor relations activities, including shareholder communications, information requests and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Developing financial models and analysis to support commercial decisions, growth initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Assisting with capital management activities, including funding arrangements, debt facilities and potential capital raising initiatives.
• Supporting acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis, due diligence and transaction-related activities.
• Working across finance and operational teams to consolidate financial information and deliver meaningful commercial insights.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of financial reporting, investor information and corporate finance processes as the business continues to scale.

About You
We are interested in speaking with professionals who have developed strong financial and analytical foundations and are looking for broader commercial exposure.

You may currently be working within corporate finance, banking, transaction advisory, valuations, investment banking or a commercially focused finance role within a corporate environment.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Approximately 3+ years' experience across corporate finance, financial analysis, transaction advisory or a related discipline.
• Financial modelling, analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• An understanding of corporate funding, capital structures, investment analysis or shareholder reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial curiosity and an ability to work across multiple priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine interest in contributing to a growing business.
